摘  要:为了使混动汽车仪表系统达到“简单、高效、可靠”的传输特性,基于CAN总线技术设计了一种适用于混动汽车的组合仪表系统。依据CAN总线的技术特点和仪表系统所显示的内容,对仪表系统的整体进行设计,其次根据所需模块,对硬件元件进行选型和相关电路设计,之后在IAR6.3的集成环境中,完成对软件主程序模块和子程序模块的设计与开发,最后在线验证了将CAN总线技术应用于混动汽车组合仪表系统的可行性。研究结果表明:所设计的仪表显示界面具有性价比高、信息传输实时性强、指示内容可靠准确等特点,并且软件系统也满足多功能化和模块化的要求。因此,基于CAN总线的组合仪表系统不仅能满足混动汽车组合仪表的功能需求,而且为组合仪表系统的开发和更新换代提供了广阔的前景。In order to achieve the transmission characteristics of"simplicity,efficiency and reliability"of the instrument system for hybrid vehicle,an instrument cluster system was designed based on the CAN bus.Firstly,according to the technical characteristics of the CAN bus and the content displayed by the instrument system,the overall instrument system was designed.Secondly,the hardware module selection and circuit design were carried out according to the required functional modules.Then,in the integrated environment of IAR6.3,the design and development of the main program and subprogram module were completed,and finally the feasibility of applying CAN bus technology to the instrument cluster system for hybrid vehicle was verified.The research results showed that the display interface of designed instrument was characterized by cost⁃effective performance,strong real⁃time information transmission,reliable and accurate indication content with the software system catering to the requirements of multi⁃function and modularization.Therefore,the instrument cluster system based on the CAN bus can not only meets the functional requirements of the system,but also provides a broad prospect for the development and upgrading of instrument cluster system.
