摘 要:工位器具作为一种生产工艺装备在汽车制造业物流中扮演很重要的角色,一个合理的工位器具设计会在很大程度上提高汽车制造业物流水平,直接影响汽车制造的生产效率及成本控制。通过正向、逆向工程相结合的同步开发,建立工位器具规范化设计流程,利用数字化软件进行工位器具标准化、模块化设计,从而有效提高器具柔性化程度、缩短器具开发周期,减少器具投入成本。主要阐述了汽车制造各工艺中线侧存储、线侧转运等零部件专用工位器具设计及相关工艺中应用。As a kind of production process equipment,working position apparatus plays a very important role in the logistics of automobile manufacturing industry.A reasonable working position apparatus design will greatly improve the logistics level of automobile manufacturing industry and directly affect the production efficiency and cost control of automobile manufacturing.Through the simultaneous development of forward and reverse engineering,the standardized design process of working position apparatus was established,and the standardized and modular design of working position apparatus was carried out by using digital software,so as to effectively improve the flexibility degree of appliances,shorten the development cycle of appliances,and reduce the input cost of working position apparatus.This paper mainly expounded the design of special working position apparatus for components such as line side storage and line side transfer in various automobile manufacturing processes and its application in relevant processes.
