摘 要:以广汽三菱汽车有限公司(GMMC)某型车气味改善为研究课题,通过整车气味测试,气味风险材料筛选,材料气味溯源分析整改和整改后整车效果确认,重点探讨了采用气味抽查法和气味溯源方法在乘用车气味改善的可行性。通过最终效果确认和对比分析,整改后整车气味由原来的3.5级降至3级,同时相比常用的整车-零件-材料3级正向气味溯源分析法,整改费用降低78%,整改周期减少70%。Taking the odor improvement of a vehicle model from GAC Mitsubishi Automobile Co.,Ltd(GMMC)as the research topic,this paper focused on exploring the feasibility of using sample spot checking and odor tracing method in the odor improvement of passenger vehicles through vehicle odor test,screening of odor high risk parts,odor tracing,analysis and rectification,vehicle odor test after rectification.By final effect confirmation and comparative analysis,the vehicle odor level was rectified from 3.5 down to 3,the time of vehicle odor rectification was reduced by about 70%,the cost was reduced by about 78% compared with the forward odor traceability analysis method.
