摘  要:通过扫描电镜(SEM)、循环交变盐雾试验机、漆膜检测设备等设备对铝板、冷轧板和镀锌板磷化膜及漆膜性能进行评价,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对处理铝材后的磷化液离子变化趋势进行了跟踪分析。结果表明:在磷化过程中,铝材磷化液中Zn^(2+)的消耗速率高于PO_(4)^(3-),通过向磷化液中额外补充含有Zn^(2+)的添加剂能够保持磷化槽液离子持续平衡稳定;铝板、冷轧板和镀锌板经过磷化处理后的膜质量分别达到2.2 g/m^(2)、2.5 g/m^(2)和2.9 g/m^(2),磷化膜结晶排布均匀致密;铝板、冷轧板和镀锌板经冲击、杯突和百格的附着力检测后结果合格;冷轧板经过1000 h盐雾检测后,单边扩蚀<2 mm,漆面无气泡;铝板和镀锌板经过40个循环交变检测后,单边扩蚀宽度<2 mm,漆面没有发生气泡现象。Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),cyclic alternating salt spray tester,paint film testing equipment and other equipment were used to evaluate the performance of phosphating film and paint film of aluminum sheet,cold-rolled sheet and galvanized sheet,Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer(ICP-OES)was used to track and analyze the ion change trend of phosphating solution after aluminum treatment.The results show that during the phosphating process,the consumption rate of Zn^(2+)in phosphating solution is higher than that of PO_(4)^(3-).By adding additives containing Zn^(2+)to the phosphating solution,the ions in the phosphating bath can be kept balanced and stable.After phosphating,the film weights of aluminum plate,cold-rolled plate and galvanized plate are 2.2 g/m^(2),2.5 g/m^(2) and 2.9 g/m^(2),respectively,and the phosphating films are evenly distributed and compact.The adhesion of aluminum plate,cold-rolled plate and galvanized plate was tested by impact,cupping and lattice,and the results were qualified.After 1000 h salt spray test,the single-side corrosion expansion of cold-rolled sheet is less than 2 mm,and there are no bubbles on the paint surface.After 40 cycles of alternating detection of aluminum plate and galvanized plate,the width of one-sided corrosion expansion is less than 2 mm,and no bubble phenomenon occurs on the paint surface.
