摘  要:以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)和正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)制备表面含不饱和碳碳双键的纳米二氧化硅,并将其与丙烯酸十八酯(SA),甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)共聚制备改性纳米SiO_(2)/聚丙烯酸酯无氟拒水剂,采用二浸二轧工艺将拒水剂整理到棉织物上。改性纳米SiO_(2)/聚丙烯酸酯拒水剂能在纤维表面形成含有纳米颗粒的聚合物薄膜,提高织物表观粗糙度。整理织物具有较高的拒水性和耐水洗牢度,水滴接触角为147°±2°,经过相当于50次普通家庭洗衣机水洗后,接触角为136°±4°。织物白度几乎不受影响。Nano SiO_(2) containing unsaturated carbon double bonds on the surface is prepared with vinyl trime⁃thoxysilane(VTMS)and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),and is copolymerized with octadecyl acrylate(SA),methyl methacrylate(MMA)and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)to prepare modified nano SiO_(2)/polyacrylate fluo⁃ride-free water repellent.The water repellent is used to the finish of cotton fabric by double-dip-double-nip process.The modified nano SiO_(2)/polyacrylate water repellent can form a polymer film containing nano particles on the fiber surface to improve the apparent roughness of the fabric.The finished fabric shows high water re⁃pellency and durability.The contact angle of water drops is 147°±2°,and the fabric has good color fastness to washing,after 50 times of washing by an ordinary household washing machine,the contact angle is 136°±4°.The whiteness is hardly affected.
