高色牢度锦/氨织物的阴阳离子双固色工艺

摘　　要：采用阴离子固色剂和阳离子固色剂对酸性染料染色锦/氨织物进行阴阳离子双固色处理,探究了阴阳离子双固色处理的优化工艺及固色效果。结果表明:锦/氨织物阴阳离子双固色处理前后色差小,能够明显改善锦/氨织物的各项色牢度,可提高耐皂洗色牢度2~3级,耐汗渍、耐海水色牢度1~2级。推荐的阴阳离子双固色工艺为:阴离子固色剂TF-506S质量分数2%~3%(omf),75℃固色20 min,阳离子固色剂TF-2324Y(浓)质量浓度10 g/L,150℃焙烘1 min。The nylon/spandex fabric dyed with acid dyes is fixed using anionic fixative and cationic fixative.The optimal application conditions and the fixation effect of anionic and cationic double fixation are investigated.The results show that the color of fixed fabric has little change,and the color fastness are improved,improving color fastness to washing by 2-3 levels,the color fastness to perspiration and sea water by 1-2 levels.The op⁃timal anionic fixation condition is 2%-3%(omf)of anionic fixative TF-506S,fixing at 75℃for 20 min,cationic fix⁃ation condition is 10 g/L of cationic fixative TF-234Y,curing at 150℃for 1 min.
