摘 要:根据上海历保街区甄别的要求,针对老旧里弄建筑特点,以上海某街坊的测绘项目为例,详细介绍三维激光扫描和无人机倾斜摄影两种实景三维测绘技术的全过程应用。采用三维激光扫描进行现场扫描作业,获取三维点云模型,并基于点云模型转化为测绘成果,包括建筑平面测绘、立面剖面测绘、特色门头雕花细部测绘等;采用无人机倾斜摄影进行空域的数据采集,成果转换后可用于复杂屋面测绘、三维数据模型融合补充等。两种测绘技术具有传统测绘不可比拟的测绘效果,可为甄别工作提供有力的技术支撑。According to the requirements of the identification of historic blocks in Shanghai,aiming at the characteristics of old lilong buildings,taking a neighborhood mapping project in Shanghai as an example,this paper introduces in detail the whole process application of 3d laser scanning and uav tilt photography technology.Firstly,3d laser scanning was used to carry out on-site scanning operations to obtain 3d point cloud model,which was converted into surveying and mapping results based on the point cloud model,including building plane mapping,elevation section mapping,detailed mapping of characteristic door carving,etc.Then uav tilt photography was used for spatial data acquisition,and the results were converted for complex roof mapping and 3D data model fusion and supplement.The above two surveying and mapping technologies have incomparable surveying and mapping effects compared with traditional surveying and mapping methods and provide strong technical support for surveying and mapping work in screening.
