摘 要:培育发展新型农业经营主体,是推动农业现代化、缩小城乡差距的重要举措。数字经济已成为经济发展新动能,研究表明,数字经济渗透的影响,改变了农业产业组织的成本收益。作为新型农业经营主体,家庭农场已经在其契约结构里对这些变化展现了一定的适应性,但仍然需要根据数字经济的影响,进一步调整交易对手结构与资产专用性投资结构,并创新性地拓展家庭农场的交易形式。Cultivating and developing new types of agricultural business entities is an important measure to promote ag ricultural modernization and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The digital economy has become a new driver of economic development,and our research shows that the impact of the penetration of the digital economy has changed the cost benefits of agricultural industry organizations.As a new type of agricultural business entity,family farms have shown their adaptability to this change in their contractual structure.However,we still need to furt her adjust the counterparty structure and asset-specific invest ment structure according to the impact of the digital economy,and innovatively expand the transaction form of family farms.
