摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后口服短效避孕药的临床意义。方法选取本院行人工流产术的200例早孕患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(100例,术后使用常规抗生素)和研究组(100例,术后口服避孕药)。对比两组各项指标。结果研究组术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间均短于对照组,术后出血量少于对照组;术后14 d两组子宫内膜厚度均变厚,研究组比对照组厚,血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平及月经伴随症状量表评分均下降,研究组低于对照组,血清促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇水平均升高,研究组高于对照组;研究组随访期间并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后口服短效避孕药效果确切,能加快术后月经复潮,调节机体性激素水平,安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of oral short-acting contraceptive after induced abortion.Methods A total of 200 patients with early pregnancy who underwent abortion were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group(100 cases,postoperative routine antibiotics)and the study group(100 cases,postoperative oral contraceptives)according to the random number table method.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the postoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the control group.The endometrial thickness of both groups became thicker in the postoperative 14 days,and the study group was thicker than that of the control group,serum human chorionic gonadotropin levels and menstrual distress questionnaire score decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,serum follicle stimulating honnone,luteinizing honnone and estradiol levels increased,and the study group was higher than the control group;the total incidence of complications during follow-up in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral short-acting contraceptive after induced abortion has a definite clinical effect,which can accelerate the recovery of menstruation and regulate the level of sex hormones in patients after induced abortion,and has high safety.
