人工流产后计划生育服务的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析人工流产后应用计划生育服务干预的临床效果。方法 选取30例人工流产患者,根据干预方法分为对照组(15例,常规随访干预)和观察组(15例,计划生育服务干预),两组均干预1年。对两组患者的避孕知识掌握程度、满意度及正确避孕情况进行比较。结果 与干预前比,干预后两组患者的避孕知识掌握程度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组;干预后观察组患者满意度、正确应用避孕药及正确应用避孕套的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用计划生育服务干预方案可以更好地实现人工流产患者避孕知识掌握程度的提升,保障女性可以选择正确的避孕手段,减少不合理的避孕方式,实现患者干预效果的优化。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of family planning service intervention after induced abortion.Methods A total of 30 patients with induced abortion were selected and divided into the control group(15 cases,routine follow-up intervention)and the observation group(15 cases,family planning service intervention)according to the intervention methods.Both groups were intervened for 1 year.The contraceptive knowledge level,satisfaction and proportion of correct contraception were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before intervention,the scores of contraceptive knowledge in the two groups increased after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group.After intervention,the patients'satisfaction,correct use of contraceptives and correct use of condoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(PV0.05).Conclusion Through the use of family planning service intervention program,abortion patients can better realize the improvement of female contraceptive knowledge,ensure that women can choose the right contraceptive means,reduce unreasonable contraceptive methods,and optimize the effect of patient intervention.
