摘　　要：目的探讨阴道分泌物常规检查结果及应用价值。方法选取本院2178例进行阴道筛查的女性作为研究对象,对其阴道分泌物标本进行检验,评估所有患者的阴道分泌物病原体类型和分布状况、清洁度。结果本研究结果显示,2178名女性中共有936例女性存在阴道感染状况,其中滴虫感染占比27.99%,念珠菌感染占比28.63%,细菌性感染占比33.65%,混合感染占比9.72%;清洁度为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度者为1407例(64.60%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ度为771例(35.40%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ度滴虫、念珠菌、细菌性感染、混合感染的发生率均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物检测可反映女性阴道感染情况及清洁度,价值较高。Objective To investigate the results and application value of routine examination of vaginal discharge.Methods A total of 2178 women who underwent vaginitis screening in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The vaginal secretions samples were tested to evaluate the pathogen type,distribution and cleanliness of vaginal secretions of all patients.Results The results of this study showed that there were 936 cases of vaginal infection among 2178 women,among which Trichomonas infection accounted for 27.99%,Candida infection accounted for 28.63%,bacterial infection accounted for 33.65%,and mixed infection accounted for 9.72%.The cleanliness of degree Ⅰ~Ⅱ was 1407 cases(64.60%),and degree Ⅲ~Ⅳ was 771 cases(35.40%).The incidence of Trichomonas,Candida,bacterial infection and mixed infection of degree Ⅲ~Ⅳ was higher than that of degree Ⅰ~Ⅱ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal secretion detection can reflect the female vaginal infection and cleanliness,and has high value.
