关爱护理在计划生育门诊人流手术患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析关爱护理在计划生育门诊人流手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取某院100例接受人流手术的患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,常规护理)和观察组(50例,关爱护理),对比两组护理后各项指标。结果护理后,观察组总满意度高于对照组;与护理前比,护理后两组节育知识得分升高,且观察组较对照组高;焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及视觉模拟评分降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对计划生育门诊的人流手术患者实施关爱护理能够有效提升患者节育知识水平,并降低负面情绪,减轻疼痛程度,满意度较高。Objective To analyze the clinical value of caring and nursing care for abortion patients in family planning clinics.Methods A total of 100 cases of abortion patients were selected and divided into the control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(50 cases,caring and nursing)by random number table method,and the indicators of the two groups after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;compared with before nursing,the knowledge level of contraception in the two groups after nursing increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group;the self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and visual analogue scale decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing caring nursing for abortion patients in family planning clinics can effectively improve patient nursing satisfaction,improve patients*knowledge of birth control,and reduce patients'negative emotions and pain.
