摘 要:针对多眼综丝开口方式在织造三维织物过程中无法有效开启各经纱层梭口的问题,课题组设计了一种辅助开口系统。系统采用对应的辅助开口机构,通过抬纱杆伸入由多眼综丝与经纱群形成的棕眼孔道后,配合水平、垂直驱动装置完成抬纱开口任务;引入西门子S7-200 Smart参与辅助开口机构控制,对该控制系统进行了软、硬件的系统配置;最后由MATLAB/Simulink对3驱动装置控制电机搭建运动模型进行模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:3轴的运动符合系统所需的运动规律,提高了织造效率。该辅助开口机构在以多眼综丝为开口方式的织造中具有良好的应用前景。Aiming at the problem that the multi-eye heald opening method could not effectively open the shuttles of each warp layer in the process of weaving 3 D fabric, an auxiliary opening system was designed. The corresponding auxiliary opening mechanism of the system extended into the brown eye channel formed by multi-eye heald and warp yarn group through the lifting rod, and then completed the lifting opening task with horizontal and vertical driving devices. Siemens S7-200 Smart was introduced to control the auxiliary opening mechanism, and the software and hardware of the control system were configured. Finally, the motion model of the motor controlled by the three driving devices was simulated by MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that the 3-axis motion conforms to the motion law required by the system, improving weaving efficiency. The auxiliary opening mechanism has a good application prospect in the multi-eye heald filament weaving process.
