护士规范化培训管理中微信管理模式的效果

摘　　要：目的探究护士规范化培训管理中微信管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年11月孝感市第一人民医院接受规范化培训管理的68名护士,随机分成两组,每组34名护士,对照组实施常规的管理方式,研究组则在常规管理基础上应用微信管理模式。观察两组护士的考核成绩、不良事件发生率、护士专业水平评分以及对管理方式的满意度。结果研究组的理论考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组发生不良事件的发生率为5.88%(2/34)明显低于对照组不良事件的发生率为23.53%(8/34),(χ^(2)=4.221,P=0.040);研究组的学习积极性、运用知识的能力、交流沟通能力和自主学习能力、解决问题能力等护士专业水平评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对规范化培训管理模式的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在护士规范化培训管理中实施微信管理模式可以极大地提高接受培训护士的理论、技能成绩,进而提高护士专业水平评分,进一步降低临床护理工作中不良事件的发生率,尽可能保障患者的安全性,从而提高接受培训的护士对培训管理方式的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat management mode in standardized training management of nurses.Methods 68 nurses who received standardized training and management in Xiaogan First People's Hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 nurses in each group.The control group implemented routine management mode,while the study group applied WeChat management mode on the basis of routine management.The assessment scores,the incidence of adverse events,the professional level scores of nurses and their satisfaction with management methods were observed.Results The results of theoretical assessment and skill operation assessment in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 5.88%(2/34),significantly lower than that in the control group 23.53%(8/34),(χ^(2)=4.221,P=0.040).The scores of nurses'professional level in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group to the standardized training management mode was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse WeChat implemented standardized training management,training management model can greatly improve the nurse's theory,skills,and improve the level of nurses professional grade,further reduce the occurrence of adverse events in clinical nursing work,as far as possible,to ensure the safety of the patients,so as to improve the nurse for training management mode of training satisfaction.
