摘 要:目的鉴定药材鹿角的性状,分析其抗骨质疏松的活性。方法2021年1月—2022年1月期间,选取7种鹿角,对其性状特征及梅花鹿鹿角盘水提物、乙醇提取物及其与金顶侧耳组合物相对应的抗骨质疏松活性进行分析。将梅花鹿鹿角作为材料,分析其提取物,得出胆甾醇等化合物;建立环磷酰胺骨质疏松模型。用空白对照组对比于葡萄糖酸钙组,从中分析鹿角盘提取物对骨量、小鼠免疫功能所产生的影响。结果20 mg/(kg·d)环磷酰胺能够降低小鼠胸腺指数(P<0.05),且股骨横径、股骨干重、股骨长减少(P<0.05),羟脯氨酸、骨钙含量降低(P<0.05),造成小鼠骨丢失。组合物低剂量组股骨干重、横径较模型组高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,高剂量组股骨干重有明显增加(P<0.05),高、低剂量都能够对小鼠骨钙的流失进行拮抗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。水提物高、低剂量组能有效抑制骨干重及骨横径减少(P<0.05)。结论鹿角盘对环磷酰胺所导致的骨质疏松有着良好的拮抗作用。Objective To identify the properties of the medicinal deer antler and analyze its anti-osteoporosis activity.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,seven kinds of deer antlers were selected and analyzed for their traits and anti-osteoporosis activity of the water extract of sika deer antler plate,ethanol extract,and the composition of pleurotus citrinopileatus.Using sika deer antlers as materials,the extracts were analyzed to obtain compounds such as cholesterol,and a cyclophosphamide osteoporosis model was established.The blank control group was compared with the calcium gluconate group to analyze the effect of deer sclerotin extract on bone mass and immune function of mice.Results 20 mg/(kg•d)cyclophosphamide can reduce the mouse thymus index(P<0.05),and the femoral transverse diameter,femoral dry weight,and femoral length decrease(P<0.05),hydroxyproline,bone decreased calcium content(P<0.05),causing bone loss in mice.The dry weight and transverse diameter of femur in the low-dose composition group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the dry weight of femur in the high-dose group increased significantly(P<0.05).Both the high and low-dose groups could antagonize the loss of bone calcium in mice,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high and low-dose water extract groups can better inhibit the reduction of bone dry weight and bone transverse diameter(P<0.05).Conclusion Deer horn disc has a good antagonistic effect on osteoporosis caused by cyclophosphamide.
