摘  要:文章针对直接采用电解铝液生产含镁合金铸轧坯料时,由于铸嘴腔结渣造成板面条纹、晶粒不均、偏析带等缺陷,导致生产中单次立板通过量小、成品率低等问题进行分析研究,针对症结研究设计了专用工具并通过工艺优化,实现了在不停机状态下对铸嘴腔结渣进行清理,消除了质量缺陷,从而大大提升了3xxx系含镁合金单次立板的通过量、铸轧生产的成品率和产品质量。This paper analys and studies the defects such as plate fringe,grain heterogeneity and segregation band caused by slagging in the casting nozzle cavity in the production of magnesium alloy cast-rolling billet directly using electrolytic aluminum solution,which lead to small single pass volume and low yield in the production.Therefore,a special tool is designed and the process optimization is carried out to clean the slagging in the casting nozzle cavity without stopping the machine,and the quality defects are eliminated,thus greatly improving the pass volume of the single vertical plate containing 3xxx magnesium alloy,the yield of casting and rolling production and product quality.
