摘　　要：文章结合长期生产经验,对板坯横向温差形成机理进行分析研究,经过多次试验验证,总结出一些结晶器安装,炉口法兰更换,炉口对接面处理等经验,板坯横向温差由90℃降低至40℃以下,为保证板坯横向内部组织均匀性奠定了基础。Combined with long-term production experience,the formation mechanism are studied in this paper,the slab transverse temperature difference,some mold installation,change front flange,dock front surface processing experience is summed up after many test,the slab under transverse temperature from 90℃to less than 40℃,which lays a foundation for ensuring the uniformity of slab transverse internal structure.
