摘　　要：新一代信息技术的飞速发展,给传统网络安全带来了巨大的挑战,也带来了新的网络安全需求。针对当前信息安全人才培养存在的机遇和挑战,文章从人才培养模式、信息技术教学资源、教材教法改革、教师教学团队和学习评价等方面给出了构建新的高职信息安全专业培养体系的方法,为培养符合时代需求的特色复合网络信息安全人才给出了建议。The rapid development of the new generation of information technology has brought great challenges to the traditional network security,as well as new demands for network security.In view of the opprtunities and challenges existing in the current information security personnel training.this paper puts forward the methods of constructing a new information security professional training system in higher vocational education from the aspects of personnel training mode,information technology teaching resources,reform of teaching materials and teaching methods,teacher teaching team and learning evaluation,and gives suggestions for training characteristic compound network information security talents that meet the needs of the times.
