摘 要:以共混质量分数50%聚苯乙烯的聚苯醚(PPO)为基础树脂,利用差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪和接触角仪研究了滑石粉和纳米二氧化硅对于PPO的玻璃化转变温度、流变性能、表面能的影响。并以超临界CO_(2)为发泡剂,采用重量法研究了无机颗粒对其在PPO中溶解度的影响;结合间歇发泡实验,分析讨论了无机粒子对PPO发泡性能以及泡孔结构的影响。结果表明,无机颗粒的加入提高了PPO的熔体黏弹性和CO_(2)在PPO中的溶解度,降低了共混物的表面能,其中改性纳米二氧化硅影响更显著;增大的熔体黏弹性使PPO发泡温区向高温偏移5~10℃,溶解度增大有利于改善PPO的发泡倍率,可达到15倍以上;两种无机粒子的加入使泡孔结构更均匀,纳米SiO_(2)更有利于泡孔成核,提高泡孔密度,减小泡孔尺寸。Using polyphenylene ether(PPO)blended with 50%polystyrene as the base resin,the effects of talc powder and nano silica on the glass transition temperature,rheological properties and surface energy of PPO were studied by differential scanning calorimetry,rotational rheometer and contact angle meter.Using supercritical CO_(2)as foaming agent,the influence of inorganic particles on its solubility in PPO was studied by gravimetric method.Combined with intermittent foaming experiments,the effects of inorganic particles on the foaming performance and cell structure of PPO were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the addition of inorganic particles increases the melt viscoelasticity of PPO and the solubility of CO_(2)in PPO,and reduces the surface energy of the blends,and the effect of modified nano-silica is more significant.The increase of melt viscoelasticity shifted the PPO foaming temperature zone to high temperature by 5~10℃,and the increase of solubility is beneficial to improve the foaming ratio of PPO,which can reach more than 15 times.The addition of two kinds of inorganic particles makes the cell structure more uniform,and the nano-silica is more uniform.It is beneficial to cell nucleation,increasing cell density and reducing cell size.
