摘 要:通过熔融共混法制备聚乳酸(PLA)与硼酸锌(ZnBO_(3))复合材料,利用超临界二氧化碳釜压发泡和成型机分别制备了PLA/ZnBO_(3)膨胀珠粒与泡沫板材。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和万能试验机,研究了ZnBO_(3)含量对PLA发泡行为以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,PLA基体中ZnBO_(3)的加入,可以提高PLA的发泡能力与结晶度,改善PLA的泡孔形态。实验表明,当ZnBO_(3)质量分数为0.5%时,泡孔形貌最佳,泡孔尺寸为77μm,堆积密度为0.08 g/cm^(3),发泡倍率为16倍,泡孔密度为5.4×10^(7)个/cm^(3),PLA泡沫板材的压缩模量可达1.5 GPa。当ZnBO_(3)质量分数增加为0.7%时,堆积密度降低至0.06 g/cm^(3),发泡倍率高达21倍,泡孔密度提高至8.92×10^(7)个/cm^(3),泡沫板材压缩模量下降为1.2 GPa。因而,通过调控硼酸锌的量可实现调节聚乳酸发泡材料的物理性质与性能。Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/zinc borate(ZnBO_(3))expanded bead and foam sheet were prepared by melt blending of PLA and ZnBO_(3)composite materials by supercritical carbon dioxide(CO_(2))foaming and steam chest molding,respectively.The effects of ZnBO_(3)contents on the foaming behavior and mechanical properties of PLA were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and universal testing machine.The results show that the addition of ZnBO_(3)in PLA matrix can effectively improve the ability of foaming of PLA,improve the crystallization ability of PLA,and significantly improve the cell morphology of PLA.When the content of ZnBO_(3)is 0.5%,the cell morphology is the best,the cell size is 77μm,the bulk density is 0.08 g/cm^(3),the foaming ratio is 16 times and the cell density is 5.4×10^(7)cells/cm^(3).Moreover,the compression modulus of PLA foam sheets can reach 1.5 GPa.When the ZnBO_(3)content increases to 0.7%,the bulk density is reduced to 0.06 g/cm^(3),the foam ratio changes to 21 times,the cell density increases to 8.92×10^(7)cells/cm^(3),and the compression modulus of foam sheet decreases to 1.2 GPa.Therefore,the physical properties and properties of PLA foaming materials can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of zinc borate.
