摘　　要：研究针对区域重点工程项目的整体经济社会效果评价指标体系与方法进行探讨,以可持续发展为指导,研究符合区域发展战略目标的重点工程建设项目多元化综合评价的方法,从经济、效率、效果几个层面建立重点工程项目投资效果的综合评价的指标体系,计算G省“十三五”时期开展建设的重点工程项目在“十四五”时期产生的经济社会效果,给出评价结论及建议。The research is aimed at discussing the overall economic and social effect evaluation index system and method of regional key engineering projects. Under the guidance of sustainable development, the research is to study the diversified comprehensive evaluation method of key engineering construction projects that meet the strategic objectives of regional development, and establish the comprehensive evaluation index system of investment effect of key engineering projects from the aspects of economy, efficiency and effect, calculate the economic and social effects of the key projects under construction in the 13th Five Year Plan period in G Province during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and give evaluation conclusions and suggestions.
