摘　　要：随着社会的发展和《档案法》的修订,国家档案局对《中华人民共和国档案法实施办法》进行修订,组织起草了《中华人民共和国档案法实施条例(修订草案征求意见稿)》,增加了监督检查和档案信息化建设的重要内容。同时也对档案提供利用相关内容进行了修改,但是仍然存在一些问题。在再次修订过程中,需要着力解决。With the development of society and the revision of Archives Law,the State Archives Administration amended the Measures for the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China,organized to draw up the Implementation Regulations of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China(Revised Draft for Public Opinions),and added the important content about the supervision and inspection and the archives informatization construction.At the same time,the relevant content of the archives provision and utilization has also been modified.However,there are still some problems which need to be solved in the process of revision.
