双区块链技术在政府信息资源共享与服务中的应用

摘　　要：为解决政府信息资源共享与服务中的安全、信任、效率以及可追溯问题,将双区块链与星际文件系统相结合,链上储存数据信息哈希值,链下储存数据信息的具体内容。从服务的角度来看,公有链可以解决政府信息资源开放服务的问题;从管理的角度来看,联盟链可以解决政府信息资源共享的问题。在分析了区块链技术应用于政府信息资源共享与服务的可行性后,构建了政府信息资源共享与服务的系统架构与流程。区块链系统架构主要被分成了五个模块,分别为数据层、通信层、共识层、合约层和应用层,运行流程主要被分成了五个步骤,分别是身份认证与用户注册、用户授权与除权、生成密钥、信息上链与下链以及信息共享与服务。In order to solve the problems of security,trust,efficiency and traceability of the government information resources sharing and service,the dual block chain is combined with Interplanetary File System(IPFS),which stores the hash value of data information on the chain and the specific content of data information under the chain.From the perspective of service,the public chain can solve the problem of open service of government information resources;from the perspective of management,the alliance chain can solve the problem of sharing government information resources.After analyzing the feasibility of applying block chain technology to government information resources sharing and service,the system architecture and process of government information resources sharing and service are constructed.The block chain system architecture is divided into five modules,namely,data layer,communication layer,consensus layer,contract layer and application layer,while the operation process is divided into five steps,namely,identity authentication and user registration,user authorization and de-authorization,key generation,information uploading and downloading,and information sharing and service.
