党政机关涉密电子档案安全管理风险与对策分析

摘　　要：近些年,某些国外势力频繁对我国一些信息动手脚,特别是重要军事区、重点工程等敏感信息,已经成为各类间谍和国外情报机构垂涎的主要目标。党政机关在进行电子档案管理的过程中,有可能无意间导致各类重要信息或国家秘密泄露。笔者基于交通运输部档案馆的工作现状,针对党政机关在涉密电子档案安全管理过程中存在的风险隐患,结合新时代档案保密工作要求,研究分析相关对策,以期进一步改善电子档案安全管理现状。In recent years,foreigners frequently collect some information in China,especially sensitive information about important military zones and key projects,which has become the main target coveted by all kinds of spies and foreign intelligence agencies.In the process of electronic archives management,the Party and government organs may inadvertently disclose some kinds of important information or state secrets.Based on the current situation of the Archives of the Ministry of Transport,aiming at the potential risks existing in the security management of secret-related electronic archives in Party and government organs,and combined with the requirements of archives confidentiality in the new era,the paper studies and analyzes relevant countermeasures,in order to further improve the current situation of electronic archives security management.
