摘　　要：作为资源信息储备的重要途径,档案有效记录社会发展的进程,更为后续各类决策提供依据。基于此,要做好档案人员素质培养工作,改变工作人员的工作观念,与时俱进,认真学习档案信息化处理技术,具备专业素质,才能做好档案管理工作。本文将对档案人员素质在档案工作中的影响加以分析,针对出现的问题提供有效的解决方式。As an important way of reserving information resources,archives can effectively record the process of social development,and provide the basis for various subsequent decisions.Based on this,it is necessary to do a good job in the cultivation of archivists’ quality,change the working concept of the staff,keep pace with the times,conscientiously study the archives information processing technology,and have the professional quality.This paper analyzes the influence of archival personnel quality in archival work,and provides effective solutions to the problems.
