摘　　要：高校档案实现善治,为学校发展和地方区域经济转型,乃至整个社会,提供高效优质的档案信息服务,是现阶段高校档案事业发展的必然趋势。高校档案信息资源开发重在“治”,高校档案信息服务强调“理”。做到“治“”理”结合“,理”担重任,高校档案事业才能规范、有序发展。It is an inevitable trend for the development of university archives to realize good governance and provide efficient and high-quality archival information service for school development,local economic transformation and even the whole society.The development of archival information resources in colleges and universities focuses on "governance",and the archival information service emphasizes "management".Only with the combination of "governance" and "management" while "management" shouldering the important responsibility,university archives can achieve standardized and orderly development.
