摘 要:人因事故是工业系统最常见的事故,对系统安全性有一定的影响,特别航天员所处环境复杂,加上失重,很容易引起人因失误。为此,以航天器乘员舱内人机界面为对象,在文献阅读、问卷调研基础上,构建了航天器乘员舱内人机界面人因可靠性影响因子体系及人因可靠性分析框架,提出了人因可靠性计算方法,通过层次分析法获得了人因可靠性影响因子体系的权重。通过对仿真数据及仿真曲线变化趋势的分析,结果表明人因可靠性方法有一定合理性、收敛性。之后,给出一个实例,实例分析说明该模型对航天器乘员舱人机界面人因可靠性提供了分析方法。研究成果为改善航天器乘员舱人机界面人因失误根源分析提供了理论指导,为优化人机交互设计提供帮助,为人机交互过程中人因可靠性分析提供了方法依据。Human accident is the most common accident of industrial system,and has considerable influence on system safety.Particularly,astronaut is in a very complex envirnoment,coupled with weightlessness,it is easy to cause human error.For the reason,taking human-computer interface of spacecraft cabin for object,based on literature reading,questionnaire inquiry,the human reliability influencing factors system and human reliability analysis frame were established for human-computer interface of spacecraft cabin,a human reliability analysis method was proposed,the human reliability influencing factors weights was obtained through an analytic hierarchy process.By analyzing the simulative data and trend of the simulation curve,result shows the human reliability analysis method has certain rationality and convergence.Finally,an example was illustrated,the process of analyzing the example demonstrates that a analysis method is provided for the human reliability of spacecraft cabin human-computer interface.The theoretical guidance to improve human error root reason analysis of human-computer interface in spacecraft cabin is provided based on research achievements of this paper.An analysis basis for human reliability analysis in human-computer interaction process is provided.
