摘　　要：无论是“国家中心主义”还是“社会中心主义”的反腐败研究范式和实践路径,都强调公众反腐败参与对于腐败治理的重要作用及其意义。既有研究从绩效、信息和文化三种不同解释视角阐释了公众反腐败参与意愿的影响因素,却忽视了不同解释路径的彼此融合以及诸影响因素之间的相互作用。反腐败绩效与腐败经历不仅会直接影响公众的反腐败参与意愿,而且也会通过影响公众的腐败程度感知和腐败容忍度进而对反腐败参与意愿发挥作用,即公众腐败程度感知和腐败容忍度在腐败治理中对公众反腐败参与意愿发挥着链式中介效应。因此,降低公众的腐败程度感知以及培育公众对腐败的零容忍态度,不仅有利于有效提升公众的反腐败参与意愿,而且对于提高我国腐败治理效能也具有重要的实践意义。Regardless of the research paradigm and practice approach of anti-corruption from both state-centralism perspective and society-centralism perspective,they all emphasize on the significance of the public′s anti-corruption participation in corruption governance.Previous researches have pointed out the influencing factors of public′s willingness to participate in anti-corruption from three perspectives including the performance,the information,and the culture.But it is a pity that most of them have neglected the integration of different explanation paths and the interaction of various influencing factors.The anti-corruption performance and corruption experience can directly and indirectly affect the public′s willingness to participate in anti-corruption.That is,the public′s perception and tolerance of corruption have a chain mediating effect on their willingness to participate in anti-corruption.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce public′s perception of corruption and cultivate their zero-tolerance towards corruption.These measures are not only conducive to attracting the public to participate in anti-corruption actively,but also beneficial to improving the efficiency of corruption governance in China.
