摘　　要：高职院校教育事业的成败受内因和外因的影响,其中内因起决定性作用。内因最重要的当属“双师型”教师队伍建设的水平,是职教改革关键的推动力量。围绕新时代土木建筑专业“双师型”教师存在的问题进行剖析,进一步根据问题的症结,从“双师型”教师队伍的规模、结构、素质、来源,探讨新时代高职土木建筑专业“双师型”教师建设的有效途径,助力打造一批“双师型”教师,为我国的蓬勃发展培养优秀的土木建筑专业人才。The success or failure of higher vocational education is influenced by internal and external factors,among which internal factors play a decisive role.The most important internal factor is the level of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers who are the key driving force for the reform of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the“double-qualified”teachers of civil architecture in the new era,and further according to the crux of the problem,from the scale,structure,quality and source of the“double-qualified”teachers,this paper discusses the effective ways to build the“double-qualified”teachers of civil architecture in higher vocational colleges in the new era,so as to help build a group of“double-qualified”teachers and cultivate outstanding civil architecture professionals for the vigorous development of China.
