摘  要:以甲壳素季铵盐作为新型液相色谱固定相,分别以3种甲苯胺位置异构体和3种芳香烃化合物为样品分子,探讨了固定相对样品分子的拆分性能.研究发现甲壳素季铵盐新型液相色谱固定相对这2类样品分子均有显著的拆分能力,且拆分效果和甲壳素季铵盐的分子结构密切相关;其中,甲壳素季铵盐的分子量和分子中的季铵基团扮演着重要角色.当甲壳素季铵盐分子量越小、取代度越高时,对甲苯胺位置异构体的分离效果越好,最大分离度R_(s(对.间))为0.48;苯、萘、蒽分离度总体上随着甲壳素季铵盐取代度的增加而增大,而随着甲壳素季铵盐分子量的增加先增大后减小,最大分离度R_(s(苯,萘))和R_(s(萘,蒽))分别为1.29和1.44.The resolution properties of the stationary phases are discussed by using quaternized chitin as a new stationary phase for liquid chromatography and toluidine positional isomers,benzene,naphthalene and anthracene as samples.It is found that the new liquid chromatographic stationary phases of quaternized chitin have significant separation ability for the two kinds of samples,and the resolution effect is closely connected with the molecular structure of quaternized chitin,in which the quaternary ammonium groups in the quaternized chitin play an important role,and the molecular weight also has an important influence.The quaternized chitin stationary phase with smaller molecular weight and higher degree of substitution is more conducive to the separation of toluidine positional isomers,and the maximum resolution(R_(s(p-toluidine,m-toluidine)))is 0.48;the resolution of benzene,naphthalene and anthracene generally increases with the degree of substitution of quaternized chitin,but it increases first and then decreases with the increase of molecular weight of quaternized chitin.The maximum resolution R_(s(benzene,naphthalene))and R_(s(naphthalene,anthracene))are 1.29 and 1.44,respectively.
