摘　　要：在DCT诊断开发中,除了对传感器、执行器和总线信号等基本输入输出进行诊断设计外,还需要对变速器进行系统和功能安全层面的诊断设计。通过对一款7速干式双离合变速器进行挡位紊乱诊断、车辆冲击诊断、换挡异常诊断、起步诊断和扭矩请求诊断,可以实现7速DCT的系统和功能安全层面诊断。In the development of DCT diagnosis,in addition to the diagnosis design of basic inputs and outputs such as sensors,actuators and CAN Bus signals,it is also necessary to carry out the diagnosis design of the transmission at the level of system and functional safety.Through the diagnosis of gear disorder,vehicle jerk,abnormal shift,launch diagnostic and torque request diagnostic of a 7-speed dry dual clutch transmission,the diagnosis of system and functional safety of 7-speed DCT can be realized.
