广州老旧小区品质提升适老化改造技术研究——以广州市越秀区旧南海县老旧小区改造项目为例

摘　　要：我国即将进入中度老龄化社会,在应对老龄化问题时存在短板,主要体现在养老服务意识不强、养老服务场所及设施有所欠缺、对使用者需求研究不足等问题。“居家养老”是我国未来养老的主要模式。其中大多数老年人生活在城镇的老旧小区,而老旧小区的物质环境面临着建筑本体老化、公共空间残破等不利老年人生活的诸多问题。基于广州市老旧小区品质提升背景,以越秀区旧南海县老旧小区改造项目为例,结合老年人的生理特征、心理特征、行为特征、生活需求,对老旧小区的适老化改造技术进行研究,完善功能、传承历史、突出城市街区特点、改善居住条件、延续城市文脉,合理综合地打造一个“以老年人为本”的人居环境[1],并为未来的老旧小区改造提供参考。China is about to enter the medium aging society,and there are shortcomings in dealing with the aging problems,which main‐ly reflect the lack of consciousness of pension service,lack of places and facilities for pension service,and lack of research on users'de‐mand.“Home care”is the main mode of future care in China.Most of them live in the old residential areas in cities and towns,and the physical environment of the old residential areas is faced with many problems,such as the aging of the building ontology and the destruction of public space,which are unfavorable to the life of the elderly.Based on guangzhou quality promotion background,old village in yuexiu district old old village renovation project of the south China sea county as an example,combined with the feature of the elderly physiologi‐cal,psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics,the life needs,the aging of the old district of technology reform,perfect func‐tion,inheritance history,highlight the characteristics of city blocks,improve living conditions and continue urban context,a reasonable and comprehensive way to build a“senior-based”living environment[1],and provide reference for the future reconstruction of old residential areas.
