摘 要:提出一种用于受压钢管提高稳定承载力的局部加固方法,即采用局部外套钢管,并在新旧钢管间填充灌浆材料形成组合截面以提高受压钢管稳定承载力的加固方法,该加固方式不需对原构件焊接,可在结构负载时使用。介绍了该加固方法的加固构造和设计方法,利用能量法推导出三阶变截面压杆临界荷载的计算公式,并采用ABAQUS和MIDAS Gen进行特征值分析,验证了临界荷载计算公式的准确性,最后分别采用计算长度法和直接分析法求解了加固后构件的受压稳定承载力,得出了计算长度法用于此加固方法具有较高准确性的结论,为类似工程的应用提供了参考。This paper presents a local Strengthening method for improving the stability of axial compressed steel tube,that is,the local jacket steel tube is used,and the grouting material is filled between the old and new steel tube to form a combined section to improve the stability of the axial compressed steel tube.This method does not need to weld the original steel tube and can be used when the structure is loaded.In this paper,the detailing of strengthening and design method are introduced,the critical load formula of the third-order variable cross-section axial compressed bar is derived by using energy method,and the eigenvalue analysis is carried out by ABAQUS and MIDAS Gen,the accuracy of the critical load calculation formula is verified,finally,the stability of axial compressed steel tube strengthened with grout-filled steel tube jacket is solved by the calculation length method and the direct analysis method respectively.The conclusion that the calculation length method has high accuracy.
