服务业FDI对我国就业质量的影响研究——以京津冀城市群为例

摘　　要：当前,我国服务业外商直接投资进入到一个迅速发展的时期,对就业产生了较大影响,研究二者之间的关系可以帮助我国更好地制定外资政策以促进经济结构转型,缓解就业压力,进而提高就业质量。京津冀城市群作为全国创新驱动经济增长的新引擎,是我国北方经济规模最大、最具活力的地区,如何更好地促进产业结构与就业结构相适应目前面临的重要课题。分析在新经济的发展形势下,京津冀城市群服务业FDI大量涌入带来的机遇与挑战,对我国服务业未来发展,给予诸如针对区域优势引入不同类型外资、充分发挥人力资本优势等给出建议。At present,foreign direct investment in China's service industry has entered a period of rapid development,which has a great impact on employment.Studying the relationship between the two can help China better formulate foreign investment policies to promote the transformation of economic structure,alleviate the pressure of employment,and then improve the quality of employment.As a new engine of national innovation driven economic growth,Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration is the largest and most dynamic region in northern China.How to better adapt the industrial structure to the employment structure is the biggest problem it is facing.This paper mainly studies the opportunities and challenges brought to the quality of employment by the massive influx of FDI in the service industry of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration under the development situation of the new economy,and gives some suggestions for the future development of China's service industry employment,such as introducing different types of foreign capital according to regional advantages,and giving full play to the advantages of human capital.
