摘　　要：乡村旅游是实现黑龙江省乡村振兴的重要路径,需要在文化振兴、旅游产业升级、旅游目的地的重新定位等方面进行转型与升级。乡村旅游可持续发展的前提之一是乡村社区的文化振兴,包括基于乡土特色的传统文化挖掘与传承、精致文化的引入等。乡村旅游经济的发展要依托旅游产业升级,包括传统旅游业态的升级、新兴旅游业态的引进与创新、多个乡村的联合发展与优势互补、龙头企业和专业合作社等旅游产业组织的升级。乡村旅游是一个开放的系统,乡村作为旅游目的地需要重新定位,包括城市旅游与乡村旅游的重新分工,乡村作为本地居民的长期、高频次旅游目的地,乡村作为宜居宜游的全域旅游目的地,乡村作为返乡青年的旅游创业基地。Rural tourism is an important path to realize rural revitalization in Heilongjiang Province,which needs to be transformed and upgraded in the aspects of cultural revitalization,tourism industry upgrading and tourism destination repositioning.One of the prerequisites for the sustainable development of rural tourism is the cultural revitalization of rural communities,including the inheritance of traditional culture and the introduction of delicate culture.The development of rural tourism economy depends on the upgrading of local tourism industry.Rural tourism is an open system.Rural areas need to be repositioned as tourism destinations.
