磁共振动态增强检查对宫颈癌及其临床分期的诊断作用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈癌患者采用磁共振动态增强检查对疾病分期的诊断情况。方法:选取聊城市人民医院2021年5月—2022年3月收治的55例宫颈癌患者,分别采用常规磁共振和磁共振动态增强扫描检查,检查结果与临床病理学组织检查结果进行对比,分析不同检查方式的诊断结果、磁共振动态增强影像表现及不同分期患者的扫描参数。结果:对55例宫颈癌患者实施磁共振动态增强扫描的诊断符合率较高,同时其Kappa指数也高于常规扫描(P<0.05);磁共振动态增强扫描显示,所有患者在实施对比剂注射后,其肿块可见不同程度的强化情况,其强化较为明显,信号高于正常子宫肌层,边界显示较为清晰。磁共振动态增强检查Ⅰb期、Ⅱa期、Ⅱb期、Ⅲa期、Ⅲb期的数据中V_(e)、K_(ep)、K^(trans)、Ⅲa~Ⅳa期数据最高,最低为Ⅰb期。结论:宫颈癌采用磁共振动态增强检查能有效提高临床诊断的准确率,并且其分期较为准确,可以有效观察到患者的临床分期情况,为临床治疗提供准确的数据支持。Objective Analysis of the diagnosis of cervical cancer patients with dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging for disease staging.Methods 55 cervical cancer patients admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from May 2021 to March 2022 were selected and examined by conventional MR and MR dynamic enhanced scanning respectively.The examination results were compared with the clinicopathological tissue examination results,and the diagnostic results of different examination methods,dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI findings and scanning parameters of patients with different stages were analyzed.Results High diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI dynamic contrast-enhanced scan in 55 patients with cervical cancer,and the Kappa index was higher than the conventional scan(P<0.05);Examined by dynamic enhanced MR scan,after the contrast injection,the masses in all patients showed different degrees of enhancement,and the reinforcement was more obvious,the signal was higher than the normal myometrium,and the boundary display was more clear.The data of phaseⅠb,Ⅱa,Ⅱb,Ⅲa andⅢb were the highest in V_(e),K_(ep),K^(trans),andⅢa toⅣa,and the lowest wasⅠb.Conclusion The MRI dynamic enhanced examination of cervical cancer can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,and its relatively accurate stage,which can effectively observe the clinical staging of patients,and provide accurate data support for clinical treatment.
