摘　　要：目的:研究3.0T高场磁共振动态增强联合钼靶X线摄影在隐匿性乳腺癌中的诊断价值及敏感度。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月临沂市中心医院收治的100例疑似隐匿性乳腺癌患者,分别采取联合诊断(3.0T高场磁共振动态增强联合钼靶X线摄影)、单一诊断方式(钼靶X线摄影),对比分析各项诊断指标。结果:联合诊断隐匿性乳腺癌的准确率、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于钼靶X线摄影单一诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高场磁共振动态增强联合钼靶X线摄影检查出的病灶直径显著小于钼靶X线摄影检查(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T高场磁共振动态增强联合钼靶X线摄影在隐匿性乳腺癌中具有较高的应用价值,不仅具有较高的检出率,还能够提高诊断灵敏度。Objective To study the diagnostic value and sensitivity of 3.0T high field magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement combined with molybdenum target radiography in occult breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected occult breast cancer admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected.Combined diagnosis(3.0T high-field magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement combined with molybdenum target X-ray)and single diagnosis(molybdenum target X-ray)were used to compare and analyze the diagnostic indicators.Results The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the combined diagnosis of occult breast cancer were higher than those of the single diagnosis of molybdenum target X-ray photography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The lesion diameter detected by dynamic enhanced high field magnetic resonance combined with molybdenum target radiography was significantly smaller than that detected by molybdenum target radiography(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic enhancement of 3.0T high field magnetic resonance combined with molybdenum target X-ray photography has high application value in occult breast cancer.It not only has a high detection rate,but also can improve the diagnostic sensitivity.
