摘　　要：目的:建立蔓性千斤拔饮片的质量标准。方法:考察饮片的性状特征,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行定性鉴别,对水分、总灰分检查项及水溶性浸出物进行测定,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定饮片中染料木苷和染料木素的含量,色谱柱:安捷伦SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈(A)-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:260 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果:蔓性千斤拔的性状特征明显;TLC鉴别斑点清晰,分离良好;15批蔓性千斤拔水分为6.82%~12.88%、总灰分为1.73%~3.84%、浸出物为15.09%~31.58%;染料木苷和染料木素总量为0.0439%~0.0808%。结论:该标准提升了蔓性千斤拔饮片质量的可控制性。Objective:To establish the quality standard of Flemingia philippinensis.Methods:To investigate the characteristics of the decoction pieces,thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used for qualitative identification,and the moisture,total ash examination items and water-soluble extracts were determined.The contents of genistin and genistein in the decoction pieces were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatographic column:Agilent SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile(A)-0.5%glacial acetic acid solution(B),gradient elution,flow rate:1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength:260 nm,column temperature:30℃,injection volume:10μL.Results:The characters of Flemingia philippinensis were obvious.TLC identification spots are clear and well separated.The moisture content of 15 batches of Flemingia philippinensis is between 6.82%-12.88%,the total ash content is between 1.73%-3.84%,the extract is between 15.09%-31.58%,and the total amount of genistin and genistein is between 0.0439%-0.0808%.Conclusion:This standard improves the controllability of the quality of Flemingia philippinensis decoction pieces.
