双丹胶囊对血虚血瘀型月经不调患者性激素水平及排卵率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察双丹胶囊对血虚血瘀型月经不调患者性激素水平及排卵率的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至12月期间上饶市中医院接受治疗的血虚血瘀型月经不调患者84例为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各42例。对照组给予常规激素疗法,观察在对照组基础上给予双丹胶囊治疗,连续治疗12周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、性激素水平及排卵率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)高于治疗前,黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)低于治疗前,且观察组E_(2)、P高于对照组,LH、FSH低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组排卵率76.19%低于观察组92.86%(P<0.05)。结论:双丹胶囊治疗血虚血瘀型月经不调疗效较佳,可调节患者性激素水平,改善临床症状,提高排卵率。Objective:To observe the effect of shuangdan capsules on sex hormone levels and ovulation rate in patients with irregular menstruation due to blood deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 84 patients with irregular menstruation who were treated in the Shangrao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional hormone therapy,and the observation group was given shuangdan capsules treatment on the basis of the control group for 12 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels and ovulation rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The E_(2) and P of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the LH and FSH were lower than those before treatment,and the E_(2) and P of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the LH and FSH of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of the control group was 76.19%lower than that of the observation group 92.86%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuangdan capsules is effective in treating irregular menstruation due to blood deficiency and blood stasis.It can regulate the level of sex hormones,improve clinical symptoms and increase ovulation rate.
