党项拓跋氏族源问题综述

摘　　要：长期以来,党项族主体源于羌人的观点已得到了学界的认同;但关于西夏皇室的党项拓跋氏来自何处,一直被史学界广泛讨论。最初学者们的观点源于对不同传世文献的采信照搬。后来,“鲜卑说”学者们在民族学观念影响下构建出了一整套关于“鲜卑入羌”的叙事,但“西羌说”学者认为此叙事缺少证据。此后,这两派学者围绕举证的《元和姓纂》、“拓跋”词源等进行了争论和批驳。直到21世纪党项拓跋先祖的墓志被发掘,学者们对其中“三苗之后”“元魏之裔”的不同记载进行分析,最新公开的拓跋驮布墓志基本证明了“鲜卑说”学者所构建的“鲜卑入羌”叙事。然而,关于这一叙事的研究,有待更多的西夏文字学者、藏学者等相关门类研究者,从更开阔的视野对中国历史上民族迁徙和融合的问题进行接轨式探寻。For a long time,the view that the main body of the Dangxiang ethnic originates from Qiang people has been recognized by the academic community.However,where the Dangxiang Tuoba family of the Western Xia royal family came from has been widely discussed by the historians.The original scholars’ views came from the adoption and copying of different handed down documents.Later,under the influence of ethnological concepts,scholars of the "Xianbei Theory" constructed a whole set of narrative about "Xianbei entering Qiang",but scholars of the "Xiqiang Theory" believed that this narrative lacked evidence.Since then,these two schools of scholars have debated and criticized the etymology of Yuanhe Surname and Tuoba.Until the epitaph of the ancestors of Tuoba,Dangxiang,was discovered in the 21st century,scholars analyzed different records of "descendants of the Yuan and Wei Dynasties","after the Three Miao",and basically proved the "Xianbei entered Qiang" narrative constructed by scholars of the "Xianbei Theory" from the latest open Tuoba Tuobu epitaph.However,the research on this narrative needs to be explored by more scholars of Xixia characters,Tibetans and other related categories from a broader perspective on the issue of ethnic migration and integration in Chinese history.
