摘  要:缓释控释给药系统旨在通过提高生物利用度和治疗指数,降低副作用以及提高患者依从性来克服传统剂型的不足。为了使药物达到更佳的治疗效果,对递送药物的载体要求越来越严格。研究者们通过优化传统材料和挖掘新材料开发了各种类型的药物缓释材料。药物缓释材料主要分为有机高分子基药物缓释材料和无机非金属基药物缓释材料。综述了药物缓释材料的类型、制备方法、用途及优缺点,并展望了药物缓释材料的发展方向。The sustained-release delivery system aims to overcome the shortcomings of traditional dosage forms by improving bioavailability and therapeutic index,reduce side effects and improve patient compliance.In order to achieve better therapeutic effect of drugs,the requirements on the carrier of drug delivery are more and more strict.Researchers have developed various types of drug sustained-release materials by optimizing traditional materials and mining new materials.Drug sustained-release materials can be classified into organic macromolecule drug sustainedrelease materials and inorganic nonmetal drug sustained-release materials.The types,preparation methods,applications,advantages and disadvantages of drug sustained-release materials were reviewed in this paper,and the development direction of drug sustained-release materials was prospected.
