摘 要:利用现场井口取得的凝析油样,进行了凝析油的组分分析和碳数分布测定。结果表明,凝析油中含蜡量为13.7%,碳数分布主要在C_(2)~C_(34)之间,其中C_(11)以下异构体稍多,而C_(11)以上正构体较多,正构体占比44.4%、异构体占比16.4%。凝析油脱出蜡的碳数分布测定结果表明,脱出蜡的碳数主要在C_(11)~C_(49)之间,其中正构体占比82.2%、异构体占比17.8%,根据蜡的晶体结构差异划分,粗晶蜡占比85.4%,微晶蜡占比3.7%。模拟凝析油析蜡实验结果表明,在一定的温度和压力范围内,随着温度和压力的上升,析蜡量呈现下降的趋势,温度对析蜡量的影响大于压力对析蜡量的影响。研究结果对现场清防蜡剂的筛选具有一定的指导意义。The composition analysis and carbon number distribution determination of condensate oil were carried out by using the condensate oil samples obtained from the field wellhead.The results showed that the wax content in condensate oil was 13.7%,and the carbon number distribution was mainly between C_(2) and C_(34),in which there were a little more isomers below C_(11),while there were more normal structures above C_(11),with normal structures accounting for 44.4% and isomers accounting for 16.4%.The carbon number analysis of waxes extracted from condensate oil showed that the carbon number distribution of waxes was mainly between C_(11) and C_(49),in which the normal structure accounted for 82.2%,the isomer accounted for 17.8%,and according to the difference of wax crystal structure,the coarse crystalline wax accounted for 85.4%,and the microcrystalline wax accounted for 3.7%.The results of simulated condensate oil wax precipitation experiment showed that the amount of wax precipitation decreased with the increase of temperature and pressure in a certain range of temperature and pressure,and the effect of temperature on wax precipitation was greater than that of pressure.The research results had certain guiding significance for the screening of paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor in gas field.
