摘  要:某油井孔隙度为4.7%,渗透率为0.036mD,地层压力系数为1.45~1.55,储层温度为140℃。储层岩石中有碳酸钡或者硫酸钡。压裂作业存在海上平台作业空间受限,储层受伤害大以及高温等问题。针对以上问题,通过对压裂液主剂及各项添加剂的优选,形成海水基低伤害压裂液体系。室内研究表明,该体系各项性能良好。压裂液胶体在140℃实验温度下,以170s^(-1)剪切速率剪切2h,最终黏度保持在208mPa·s;岩心基质渗透率损害率为17.6%,耐盐达到40000mg/L。该井使用海上连续混配装置进行配液施工,压后1h快速放喷返排,返排效果良好,整体压裂液性能良好稳定,压后产液量增加显著。The porosity of an oil well was 4.7%,the permeability was 0.036mD,the formation pressure coefficient was 1.45~1.55,and the reservoir temperature was 140℃.The reservoir rocks contain barium carbonate or barium sulfate.Fracturing operation has problems such as offshore platform operation,limited space,large reservoir damage and high temperature.In view of the above problems,a seawater based low damage fracturing fluid system was formed by optimizing the main fracturing fluid agent and various additives.The laboratory research showed that the system has good properties:the fracturing fluid colloid was sheared at 170s^(-1) shear rate for 2h at 140℃,and the final viscosity was maintained at 208mPa·s;The permeability damage rate of core matrix was 17.6%,and the salt resistance reaches 40000mg/L.The well uses the offshore continuous mixing device for liquid preparation,and the blowout and flowback is fast 1h after fracturing.The flowback effect was good.The overall fracturing fluid performance was good and stable,and the liquid production after fracturing increases significantly.
