碳中和愿景下我国大型体育赛事绿色发展现实困境与未来进路

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究我国大型体育赛事绿色发展的现实困境与未来进路。国内外大型体育赛事绿色发展的实践经验:在场馆建设上,采用多种新型环保材料和新工艺,推进既有场馆绿色化改造;在交通出行上,大力推广新能源汽车,提倡绿色低碳出行;在能源使用上,大力推行以绿电为主的能源使用,提高其他可再生能源的使用比例;在生态碳汇上,实施以植树造林为主的林业固碳工程,鼓励企业和个人向赛事捐赠碳排放当量。现实困境:政策体系需要健全;保障机制尚未建立;组织流程有待完善;技术手段较为单一。未来进路:健全政策体系;建立保障机制;完善组织流程;创新技术手段。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the realistic dilemma and future approach of green development of large-scale sports events in China.Practical experience of green development of large-scale sports events at home and abroad:In the construction of the venues,they adopted a variety of new environment-friendly materials and new technologies to promote the green transformation of the existing venues.On transportation,they vigorously promoted new energy vehicles and advocate green and low-carbon travel.In terms of energy use,they vigorously promoted the use of green electricity and increase the proportion of other renewable energy.In terms of ecological carbon sinks,they implemented forestry carbon sequestration projects,mainly afforestation,and encouraged enterprises and individuals to donate carbon emissions equivalent to the event.Realistic dilemma:The policy system needs to be improved,the guarantee mechanism has not been established,the organizational process needs to perfect,and the technical means are relatively simple.Future approach:We should improve the policy system,establish the guarantee mechanism,enhance the organizational process,and innovate the practical technical means.
