摘　　要：运用实地调研、专家访谈等方法,对后冬奥时代冰雪体育旅游产业提质升级的意义、困境与策略进行研究。冰雪体育旅游产业提质升级的意义:巩固冰雪运动成果,促进冰雪运动发展;转变产业驱动方式,促进关联产业融合。困境:产业化发展路径不清晰、生产要素有效支撑不足、产品拉动消费能力不强、产业主体运行效率不高。据此,提出提质升级策略:强化企业主体地位,有效提升产业化水平;培育高级生产要素,驱动价值链升级;激活产业创新动能,大力拉动消费需求;挖掘运营新模式,提高产业运行效率。By using the methods of field survey and expert interview,this paper studied the signifi cance,dilemma and strategy of quality upgrading of ice and snow sports tourism industry in the post-Winter Olympics.Signifi cance of upgrading the quality of ice and snow sports tourism industry:It consolidates the achievements of ice and snow sports and promotes their development.It changes the way of industry driving and promotes the integration of related industries.Dilemma:The path of industrialization development is unclear,the effective support of production factors is insuffi cient,the ability of products to drive consumption is not strong,and the operation effi ciency of industrial entities is not high.Accordingly,this paper put forward the quality upgrading strategy:We should strengthen the leading role of enterprises and effectively raise the level of industrialization,cultivate advanced production factors to drive the upgrading of value chains,activate the driving force of industrial innovation to boost consumer demand,and explore new modes of operation to improve the effi ciency of industrial operation.
