摘 要:我国高速铁路网络加快构建,普速铁路客运功能逐步下降成为必然趋势。多数既有普速铁路因建设年代久远,在建成一定时期内引领着城市的发展,多数城镇围绕铁路布局而逐步壮大。随着经济社会和城市的发展,老旧铁路和站房逐渐位于城市的核心区,客观上形成了对城市空间的割裂,制约了城市的规划布局和发展。为了充分利用老旧铁路存量资源,让其焕发新生,再次成为城市经济社会发展的动力源,通过推进建成70周年成渝铁路的改造实践,分析超、特大城市都市圈内既有铁路公交化改造的意义、路径、方案等,提出助推市域铁路发展的建议。The construction of China's high-speed railway network has been accelerated,and the passenger transport function of normal-speed railway has gradually declined as an inevitable trend.Most of the existing normal-speed railways have been built for a long time,leading the development of cities within a certain period of time.Most cities and towns grew gradually along the railway.With the development of economy,society and the city,the location of old railways and station buildings gradually become the core area of the city,which objectively forms the separation of urban space and restricts the planning,layout and development of the city.In order to make full use of the existing resources of old railways,let them rejuvenate and become the power source of urban economic and social development again,this paper analyzes the significance,path,scheme of the transformation of existing railways public transit operation in the megalopolis and megalopolis by promoting practice of the transformation of Chengdu-Chongqing Railway on the 70th anniversary of its completion.And it puts forward suggestions to boost the development of suburban railways.
