摘　　要：以京沪高铁为例,研究高铁开通对城市居民生活质量的影响。首先建立城市居民生活质量相关的指标体系,运用因子分析法构建城市居民生活质量因子,通过DID模型分析高铁开通对城市居民生活质量的影响,并运用PSM-DID模型检验了实证结果的稳健性。研究结果表明,高铁开通有助于提升居民生活质量,这种提升作用在改善人均社会福利和提升生活环境水平方面非常显著。未来在中国逐渐由高速增长转向高质量发展的过程中,中国高铁有必要汲取京沪高铁开行的成功经验,为满足居民的美好生活需要作出贡献。Taking Beijing Shanghai high speed railway as an example,this paper studies the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on the life quality of urban residents.This paper establishes the index system related to the life quality of urban residents,uses the Factor Analysis Method to construct the factors of the quality of life of urban residents,analyzes the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on the life quality of urban residents through the DID model,and uses the PSM-DID model to test the robustness of the empirical results.The results show that the opening of high-speed railway helps to improve the life quality of residents,which is very significant in improving social welfare and living environment.In the future,it is necessary for China's high-speed railway to learn from the successful experience of Beijing Shanghai high speed railway and contribute to meeting the needs of residents for a better life in the process of China's gradual transformation from high-speed growth to high-quality development.
