摘 要:以商麦5226、商麦1619和3-3三种旱地小麦为供试材料,研究不同浓度Pb对供试小麦种子萌发特性的影响,采用隶属函数法综合评价供试品种的萌发期耐Pb性。结果表明,Pb胁迫后,种子发芽势呈增加趋势、发芽率呈下降趋势。随着Pb浓度增加,最大根长、芽长、芽鲜重和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,幼苗可溶性糖含量显著提高。MDA含量随着Pb浓度的增加先减后增,POD活性则先增后减。商麦5226和商麦1619根系鲜重先减后增,而3-3根系鲜重呈下降趋势。中度胁迫下幼苗根长较对照降幅为88.59%~90.06%,芽长降幅为42.80%~50.81%;重度胁迫下幼苗根长较对照降幅为92.68%~93.87%,芽长降幅为58.91%~61.30%;Pb胁迫对幼苗根的抑制作用大于对芽的抑制。隶属函数分析表明,三种小麦品种在萌发期的耐Pb性表现为3-3>商麦5226>商麦1619。The effects of Pb stress on seed germination characteristics of dryland winter wheat were studied with three varieties,namely Shangmai 5226,Shangmai 1619 and 3-3.Comprehensive evaluation of Pb tolerance of tested varieties at germination stage was measured by subordinate function method.The results showed that the seed germination potential increased and the germination rate decreased after Pb stress.With the increase of Pb concentration,the maximum root length,shoot length,shoot fresh weight and chlorophyll content decreased,and the soluble sugar content increased significantly.The content of MDA decreased first and then increased with the increase of Pb concentration,while the activity of POD showed opposite trend.The root fresh weight of Shangmai 5226 and Shangmai 1619 decreased first and then increased,while the root fresh weight of 3-3 decreased trend.The root length of seedlings decreased by 88.59%~90.06%and the shoot length decreased by 42.80%~50.81%under moderate stress.The root length of seedlings under severe stress decreased by 92.68%~93.87%,and the shoot length decreased by 58.91%~61.30%.The inhibition of Pb stress on seedling roots was greater than that on shoot.The subordinate function analysis showed that the Pb tolerance of the three varieties at germination stage was 3-3>Shangmai 5226>Shangmai 1619.
