摘　　要：介绍了海上风力发电机组用额定电压66 kV耐扭转软电力电缆的相关国家标准与企业技术指标要求。对电缆的整体结构设计情况和材料选用,以及生产过程中确保电缆生产成功的工艺设计与制造的重点进行了介绍。The relevant national standards and enterprise technical requirements of torsional flexible power cable with rated voltage of 66 kV for offshore wind turbines were introduced.The overall structure design and material selection of the cable,as well as the key points of process design and manufacturing to ensure the successful production of the cable in the production process were introduced.
