摘  要:为研究拉拔过程中不同润滑介质对铝包钢线的耐腐蚀性能影响,对采用相同工艺,不同润滑介质(润滑油和润滑粉)生产的铝包钢线进行各项性能测试和中性盐雾试验。结果表明:两种不同润滑介质生产的铝包钢线各项性能差异甚微;经过1000 h中性盐雾试验后,两种不同润滑介质生产的铝包钢线各项性能均呈现下降趋势,但由于润滑粉拉拔生产的铝包钢线表面划痕更深,缺陷更多,盐雾试验后其铝层平均厚度等性能下降更为显著。In order to study the influence of different lubricating media on the corrosion resistance of aluminum clad steel wires during drawing,various performance tests and neutral salt spray tests were carried out on aluminum clad steel wires produced by the same process but different lubricating media(lubricating oil and lubricating powder).The results showed that there was little difference in the properties of aluminum clad steel wire produced by two different lubricating media;After 1000 h neutral salt spray test,the properties of aluminum clad steel wire produced by two different lubricating media showed a downward trend.However,due to deeper scratches and more defects on the surface of aluminum clad steel wire produced by lubricating powder drawing,the properties such as average aluminum layer thickness declined more significantly after salt spray test.
